The Combination Fuller & Flat Dies make an excellent tool for general purpose forging operations, including but not limited to the drawing out and tapering of stock. The radius – or convex – faced section is easily used to move the material quickly whilst the flat side keeps it in line. The flat side is also useful for all manner of techniques including blocking in parallel sides, using set tools and flattening.
